Genetically

Genetically modified organisms can occur in species of plants that have undergone changes in laboratories to become more resistance: have greater nutritional value, take more, resist pests and to the bad weather. This happens to lend the genes of a species and put in the cells of another. The result is a genetically modified organism. The genetically modified organisms have pros and cons.
Arguments in favour:
Scientists say that genetically modified organisms can stop hunger in the world.
Pesticides are more dangerous than genetically modified organisms
America, Canada, Argentina, Mexico and china are beginning to produce genetically modified organisms.
Arguments against:
Some European countries do not accept genetically modified organisms Why say it is not natural
The Genetically modified organisms can be dangerous for us and for the environment.
The genetic modification in plants kills harmless insects like butterflies so therefore reduce the genetic diversity organic.
Seeing these factors in my opinion genetically modified organisms are harmful, because I think it changes much our environment and the food we eat, so can cause disease in living beings.

Pollution

Over the last decades our planet has suffered many climate changes due to pollution caused by humans.
All over the world people are polluting enormously. Toxic gases are poured into the atmosphere and rivers, oceans and sails are polluted.
At the moment many different organisations are working on the problem and the global warming is a subject discussed by politics and environmental organisations all over the world. Some solutions are: using renewable sources of energy, such as wind and solar energy; recycling paper, plastics and glass; forbidding cars in the city centers and obliging to take public transport; controlling Co2 outputs; etc.
We all have to contribute to save our planet from pollution and destruction. Every small contribution can make a big difference for the future of all of us.

I was impressed by the amount of garbage that some developed countries produce. In my opinion these countries should already have taker measures to stop this exaggerated pollution.

The way I can do something about it, is recycling paper, plastic and glass; going on foot or by bicycle; consuming less and so produce less waste and consuming less water and energy.
